This is a FREE event for Parents, Educators, Self-Advocates, and Professionals to learn more about Adult Services & Transition Planning.

This event is for professionals and families of transition-age young adults (14-25 years old) interested in learning more about service and program options for young adults who have recently exited high school or are in high school and planning their transition into adult services in Westchester County or the surrounding area.

Pre-registration is NOT required, but it is recommended.

Complete this online registration form for yourself and up to 4 additional guests in your party by 10/13/26 to avoid completing individual forms on the day of the event!

  The Linkages Committee organizes the annual Transition Linkages Vendor Fair. This committee is an independent group of volunteers made up of Westchester parents, school personnel, transition professionals, and service providers, including The Arc Westchester, Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health, Westchester County Office for People with Disabilities, Westchester Institute for Human Development, and White Plains High School.
