    This is a FREE event for Parents, Educators, Self-Advocates, and Professionals to learn more about Adult Services & Transition Planning.

    The event is for professionals and families of transition-age young adults (14-25 years old) in learning more about the service and program options for young adults who have recently exited high school or are in high school and planning for their transition into adult services in Westchester County or the surrounding area. 

    Pre-registration is NOT required, but it is recommended.

    Complete this online registration form for yourself and up to 4 additional guests in your party before 10/27/25 and avoid having to complete individual forms on the day of the event!

      The Linkages Committee is the organizer of the annual Transition Linkages Vendor Fair. This committee is an independent group of volunteers made up of Westchester parents, school personnel, transition professionals, and service providers, including The Arc Westchester, Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health, Westchester Institute for Human Development, and White Plains High School.
